SHIPPING POLICY

ChristmasStockings.ie dispatch all orders via DPD and An Post tracked parcel service.
We endeavor to produce and ship all orders on a next-day service if ordered before 2:00 pm.

Our express delivery option to Rep. of Ireland addresses (Guaranteed Next Working Day) is handled via An Post express parcel service. By choosing this service, we commit to fast-tracking production for next working day delivery if ordered before 2:00 pm.

Please note that due to the volume of orders during promotions and with the lead to Christmas our dispatch time moves to two working days.
​
If we ship your products erroneously as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied at the time of order, storage, and all other additional costs and risks shall be borne solely by you.
You will be charged for any fees we incur for address corrections when delivery is attempted and DPD/An Post or other courier service charges us for redirecting your package to the correct address.
Claims for damaged products or lost in transit should be made by you to us within a 48-hour window from your dispatch confirmation.

Once delivery confirmation by DPD/An Post or other courier services indicates a package has been delivered, we do not have any responsibility regarding the security of the package.

DPD/An Post offers 1-2 day delivery to Rep of Ireland and Northern Ireland addresses.
​
EU and worldwide delivery, please allow up to 3 - 15 business days for delivery depending on your location and your country's customs procedures.
​
Due to the shipping implications arising from Brexit, we no longer offer delivery to England, Scotland and Wales.
​
ChristmasStockings.ie will not be held liable for rates, the destination countries' import taxes, or any type of additional duties, surcharges or fees that your country or local postal system may charge you in addition to your shipping charge. Your country can hold your package until you pay the final part of the fee if they deem that it should be imposed on your item.
