Returning a faulty good

Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt where we arrange a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. Include this code with the returned item using a courier service with tracking to return the goods.

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised gifts) may not be returned. 

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

All products are shipped the same day for next day delivery if ordered before 3:30 pm, excluding weekends.
